19/09/16 Jazz

Today I did not partake in Tap or Jazz. This is because earlier that morning I was feeling very ill and dizzy. However I did still watch and document both lessons.

In Jazz they started off with a warm up that focused mainly on improving their flexibility. Once they had warmed up they did high kicks, side step kicks and split leaps on both their right and left leg. After Sarah was happy with this she started the very beginning of a new Jazz routine.

Sophia, I appreciate you may not have been feeling very well but your entry has some unfortunate spelling mistakes “they started off with a WAR up that focused mainly on improving their flexibility. Once they had warmed up they did high kicks, side step kicks and SLIT leaps on both their right and left leg.” I have capitalised the errors.
    I would have still liked to have seen your reflections on the class as an observer – who do you think is working well and why? who is not working well, why do you think this is? which parts of the class do you think you might have been challenged by and why? have you noticed anything while the class was going on that you would want to apply yourself in the next class you are able to do?
