This week was Our House rehearsals so of course our lesson was rather different. We focused completely on technique which was great, because you cant really do a dance routine with three people in a class.

Sophia, a missed opportunity for some really meaty reflection – “We focused completely on technique which was great,” I know from your record of the session you did leaps, pirouettes and turns but there is no reflection on this which is disappointing.
